NSDL IPO: National Securities Depository Limited has filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for proposed initial public offer (IPO) and raise funds through an offer of equity share capital having face value of Rs. 2 per share via initial public offering.
Promoters of NSDL are The Company is a professionally managed company and does not have any identifiable promoter and holds 100% stake in the company.

- Initial Public Offer comprising of a OFS of upto 57,260,001 Equity Shares..
- ICICI Securities, Axis Capital, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets, IDBI Capital Markets, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, SBI Capital Markets have been appointed as lead merchant bankers for the proposed IPO.
- It has appointed Link Intime (India) Pvt. Ltd. as Registrar and Share transfer Agent.
- Company is yet to finalize issue size and some other important details relating to the IPO.

As per the details available in DRHP, fundraising will consist of an Equity Shares offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 57,260,001 equity shares by OFS Comprises of upto 57,260,001 equity shares from existing Investors selling shareholders including IDBI Bank Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, Union Bank of India, State Bank of India, HDFC Bank Limited and Administrator of theSpecified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India..
Objects of the issue:
1) Listing of the Equity Shares will enhance the visibility and brand and provide liquidityto its existing Shareholders, 2) achieve the benefits of listing the Equity Shares on BSE.
