Coromandel buys 27.75% stake in Sabero

Fertiliser maker Coromandel International today said it has acquired an additional 27.75 per cent stake in Sabero Organics Gujarat.

In a filing to the BSE, the company said it has purchased additional 93.96 lakh shares, equivalent to 27.5 per cent stake, from Sabero.
